My point about not knowing who Frank Rich is, if one has never heard of him, how can he be considered a top spokesman for the left? The whole point of the article you copied/pasted is that his writing is full of words such as "spew", etc. and that this is SO bad and HOW can such a "leading" liberal voice be taken seriously?

On the other hand the leading conservative voices such as Limbaugh use much stronger language than was cited in the article you posted.

Rhetoric aside (from either side), a lot of the voices on the right are just full of hate and yes, venom.
