Every modern nation in the world understands that it crucial for for the government to be involved in all aspects of its economy if they hope to survive in the future. You will either change or diminish into a minor nation of bitter extremists. It is hard to fathom how anybody given what has happened in the last few years can still believe in the neo conservative nanny state in which corporations will take care of you from cradle to grave and all that we the people who are the real government have to do is just get out of thier way and just let it happen. If the last 8 years haven't put to rest that fantasy than frankly you are doomed. The irony of the right wing position regarding govt. is that no business would ever operate itself in the same manner as you believe the U.S. nation should be operated by its elected leaders.

Every modern nation in the world understands that it is crucial for a responsible government to be involved in all aspects of its economy to pass laws that save the people money and make it easier for businesses and the people to pursue their happiness if they hope to survive in the future. We've seen evidence in Greece and California how liberal big governments fail. You see its the people and businesses that know how to create good lasting jobs and invent things that have improved our quality of life over the centuries. You will either change and flourish with a minor group of bitter liberal extremists or you can bankrupt your country and live in poverty with everyone bitter. It is hard to fathom how anybody given what has happened in the last year can still believe in the nanny state in which a big socialist government will take care of you from cradle to grave and all that we the people who are the real government have to do is just open our wallets even more to let it happen. What evidence do we the people have that government will act responsibly with our hard earned money and act in our best interests? Is it the evidence that our big liberal government favors special interest groups like labor unions, lobbyists, ACORN, Lawyers and more. Or how about the liberal government providing special privledges to a few to buy votes to get bills passed that the people don't want? Is government working together in a bypartisan fashion in the best interests of the people passing tort reform and opening up insurance competition accross state lines to lower health care costs and clearing obstacles like outdated regulations that get in the way of the free market system that has produced the best country to ever inhabit the face of the earth? How many more families could afford health care if our government would just do this? How about cash for clunkers, massive bailouts or planned entitlement programs that we can't afford? Do we see evidence that the liberal government is taking a pay cut and tightening its belt like the rest of us in difficult times or do we see hypocrits that tell us to do with less when they take more?

Its crystal clear we need a conservative lean government that sheds layers of bloated beuracracy, lives within its means and balances its budgets just like responsible families and businesses have to do? We must elect people that have actually worked in the private sector and are in touch with the people. We must develop our own oil reserves with a goal to be energy independent from foreign supplies in 10 years and with a goal to develop alternative green energy over the next 50 years for the right reasons rather than a lie about climate change. Lets make our military and intelligence strong so that no rogue nation or terrorist groups will feel embolden to cause trouble. Lets eliminate ear marks, special interest groups and lobbyists from our government. Lets establish term limits on all elected officials. This is the Tea Party movement now sweeping across America. Join the silent majority in taking back our government by the people for the people so that our children and their children of all races and religions have equal opportunity to pursue their dreams in this very special country. This was the dream of our founding fathers, government for the people by the people with minimal government burden and intrusion in our lives and the freedom to pursue our dreams. Never in our lifetime has our vote mattered so much and our call to action been so clear and necessary. There are two roads, one leads to failure, decline and hard times ahead for generations. Unfortunately this is the road we are on. The other road leads to prosperity, restoration and greatness with new inventions and breakthroughs that couldn't even be imagined before through the efforts of free people unburdened by big government controls, debt and much higher taxes and fees.
