BTW: Where's Osama?
Dead.
Why are we still in Iraq?
What is wrong with peace keeping bases around the world? Our presence becomes a deterent to those who oppose freedom and threaten those who can't protect themselves. Being in Iraq helps the world seperate the massive land area of unrest that includes Syria, Iraq and Iran.
How long are we going to stay there?
Who knows? The same reasons we stayed and still have bases in Japan and Europe apply to Iraq.
Forever?
Possibly. Isn't freedom worth it?
Do we now attack Iran?
Does our commander(Obama) have the back bone to deal with foreign affairs and stop Iran?
It appears Bush went after the wrong country. Now what?
No. We needed to have access to Iran. Iraq gives us that. We needed a presence "smack dab in the middle east". IMO this was the most important aspect of the Bush action in Iraq.
