Perhaps we should send a bill to the Mexican government to pay with money and or oil for the money we spend for the care of illegals here.

We do need reform for a guest worker program for Mexicans that would come here and work in agriculture on jobs Americans wont do. This would be restricted to Agriculture. We should also make it easier for them to aquire these guest worker visas so they can return home when they want. Currently they sneak over the border illegally and bring and raise their families in the USA because they know if they go back they may not get back here. If it is easier for them to return they can migrate back and fourth between the USA and Mexico legally performin seasonal work that Americans wont do.
