Another taser incident that could have ended badly. But the interesting thing in this video is the very last comment you hear by the women commentator. She says something to the effect of "better use of the taser Bill". I don't know wheather she is referring to the Phillies incident or not, but what if that Philly guy had a weapon in his belt? In that case I guess it's just too bad for the officer that tries to tackle him. He won't be going home that night.
