I hate to disagree with you on this one ntp8; at least sort of. In this case we're dealing with a teenage kid just being silly/stupid; however you want to call it. His antics are harmless in and of themselves. I would equate it to a streeker; just foolish fun. Is it against the rules?; more than likely. Against the law?; possibly. But I think law enforcement has to look at all situations and put them in perspective. I beleive in a measured response. I felt that what the cop did was excessive; thus wrong. I'm not saying that people shouldn't follow rules and the law; nor should they not obey a police officer. I'm just saying that I don't think it was necessary for that cop to taser that kid.

I don't want to make a mountain out of a mole hill here; just my two cents.
