When I was at the Naval Academy Commencement of my son in '02 Dick Cheny, that years speaker did not use Teleprompters and gave one heck of a great speech. I know folks out there think he is evil incarnate but a Commander in Chief or his #2 should be able to talk to his troops from notes or off the top of his head without the use of teleprompters.

If Obama can read so well then maybe if he reads the NYT article posted by Wolf he just might get a clue on how he is destroying our country.
