The USPTO issues may well be the reason with MAINTAIN the 8 cent price range now that we're here, but they are certainly NOT the reason we have deteriorated to this level. That pps deterioration unfortunately is in response to all of the fubars that fall directly on the shouldrs of this BoD's decisions, actions, transactions and inactions. You speak of these things such as the TPL/PTSC dispute, as though this BOD is a third party spectator to the situation. You are the one spinning the facts.

To assert that we'll remain here with or without this BoD constitution is more spin. Are you saying that with $28M in assets, NO ONE could create value?! Forget any additional MMP revenue....you're asserting that someone hands you $28M in assets and ANY OTHER BOD would squander that just as this one has? Remarkable paradigm.
