Of course the ongoing TPL/PTSC dispute adds a layer of convolution to an already convoluted story here so without resolution there we will languish with or without a BOD made up of Gloria, CJ etc or Ron & Brian plus a minion or two or Goofy & Daffy & Daisy for that matter. But why get caught up in the facts when we can spin them & trash the BOD again?
