I disagree with your comparison.
Videos of Tea Party members holding r------ signs is not misleading (sorry I can't use the word in full because wolfpack would ban me). It is the truth that they hold those signs for the world to see. There is nothing out of context, and they are not hiding their ideas and feelings. Take it at face value for what it is.
On the other hand, the edited video Breitbart showed was misleading, out of context, and wrong.
This does not excuse the administration for acting irrationally in the aftermath of the airing of the video. They were wrong, admitted so, and apologised.
Something Breitbart has not, and never will, do.
The courts will decide whether or not the Arizona law is constitutional. If it is declared to be, fine. If not, will you support the constitutional decision?
