So you're accusing Wolf of defamatory statments? You are off your rocker and you really ought to be careful slinging such accusations around.

What you quoted from Wolf is a statement of fact. That in a lawsuit, there would be discovery and that discovery would bring to light heretofore unreleased business details. Nowhere does he state evidence of any wrongdoing (in what you quoted).

Is it safe to assume that wolf (and others who have made similar comments) have reported such events to the SEC? Or is he just venting his feelings on this forum?

One could ask the same of your post accusing Wolf of defamatory or untrue statements.
