So Sedley if the NBA said they were going to instill fairness rules in the selection of players based on the fact that there is a disproportionate amount of black men on teams when compared to white men as compared to the population of the United States. If the NBA were required to meet quotas which required more white athletes in spight of being less qualified than black athletes trying out for a position on the team would you consider this to be fair or would you consider it to be racist?
