But your article doesn't state that Saddam was allowing al Qaeda to come and go as they please. It doesn't establish and connection between al Qaeda and the Saddam regime. Nor does is justify the GOP and Fox (and the MSM) lying to promote the invasion.

What did happen is that the GOP and Fox wanted bin Laden and his followers (more than 12) to escape
