What is wrong with ruling an unconstitutional piece of legislation (that was rammed through in tyrannical fashion by socialists/marxists) unconstitutional?

Sounds like the opposite of corruption to me. Sounds like a real American who supports adherence to the laws of the land and the founding principles. Kudos to the judge.
