Wolf............Incredible story.........It's amazing that these company's can stay in business.........I have had cable for i guess 25 years and never a problem.....

You are a real fighter and it's shameful that you were treated that way.......Your story needs to go viral.......Here in the NYC AREA they used to have a segment on the news call SHAME ON YOU...If would put the spotlight on inept people........Feel good.....Larry
