Pray tell, how does an attack on the increase of size, cost and reach of the federal government become an attack on teachers?

My biggest criticism of the teachers is that they should have been alert to the manipulation of the NEA which encouraged the growth of government to interfere with their ability to teach.

I belonged to the NEA for one year (1955) and never paid dues again after reading the material they printed in their monthly magazine. Unfortunately many never read the information they received. It was very obviously a socialist organization then and it still is.
