actually, my second part of the plan was to put up one of those "dingbat" signs (the sign that is a pointing finger... that's what they are called) like in the Road Runner cartoons with the words "FREE RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL FOR DIRTY BOMBS" and when enough terrorists fall for the bait and are attempting to scrounge up some of the material then at that time they could wipe out two birds with one stone.

That would do the world a favor twice over.
