The illustrious tree-huggars have made it a 16 year journey to build a refinery in the U.S.

Horsepucky! Are you that naive? The oil industry is able to ram a $7 billion project running across the country over valuable aquifers and is able to steal private land (with government intervention) and you say that a refinery can't be built in the Dakotas?
