Message: A message I just sent to a good number of old friends
I thought I would share it on the off topic board
I thought that I would share it with all of you on the off topic board. For those who are concerned for one reason or another about the direction BO is taking us you might want to read on.
For some of you it has been a long time and for some it may be the last time but I hope you are all well and healthy.
The following is my opinion but I hope for old times sake you will read what I have written. I have written it because I am worried for my kids and grandkids and for you and your families. I am worried about the country and yet I know deep down that worry will get me nowhere and therefore this letter and also I will now Let Go and Let God......
I am sending this to a good number of my friends and relatives many of whom do not agree with my political view points. I do not wish to push my point of view on anyone. In fact toward the end of this statement all I ask is for everyone of you and your friends do their own research for the upcoming Presidential elections. Do not rely on CNN or Fox or the New York Times or News Max but use them all plus so many other sources especially sources from overseas such as in England (the Financial times etc..) as they often print American information that we never hear no matter which side of the table you are on.
So please accept my apologies but this is getting ridiculous and the example sent to me by a dear friend below is just trivial but the point is made that even the trivial stuff is being overlooked and the American people are sitting back and not for the most part realizing how many Americans are truly unemployed or under employed, our President fudges govt. numbers and he is not called on it. The Republican opposition is almost non existent. I cannot imagine a Democratic party that would let the Senate and Administration get away with trashing the constitution and doing away with Habeus Corpus on New Years Eve (did you know Obama signed this law?) no they the democratic party would be using their news media and hollywood types and blasting the airwaves. The republicans are tearing themselves up before Obama gets his chance, unbelievable unless that is the way they want it.
But ask yourself are you happy with how our govt. is being taken away from you over the past three years. If you question this comment do your research. That is all I ask
I only ask you to share this as we the people are being taken for a ride and there are no reporters any more they are all flacks for the dems and Obama. This is not racist but some may call it so and if they do then they are the true racist.
Vote for this man and do you believe all the promises he is making now will be kept? Did you know that in the past three years the Senate controlled by the democrats have not put forth one budget and have voted against obama's budgets. The House has put forth budgets .
Lets be honest for those of you who think it is all the fault of Bush and the Republicans and Conservatives and the rich please remember for the most part over the past fifty years the Democrats have controlled Congress all but a few years. Even now they control the WH and the Senate and the Senate does not even do it's constitutional duty and put forth a budget and they blame the republicans... they lie but did you know.....
All they have to do to pass a budget is get 50 + one vote. They have over 51 dems in the Senate now. For them to blame the Republicans because they cannot get 60 votes is a LIE. They only need a simple majority. They are counting on a dumbed down electorate to believe lies so this is what I am asking.... Please do you own research before you vote. Check out a number of sources, take the time to do this as this is imp for your kids and grandkids it is much more important then most of what is on tv.
Please use your own minds not the minds that are being used to take your country away from you...

<image001.jpg>Obama FLIES into an airport somewhere in the Midwest, hops into one of two brand new $1.1 Million buses, paid for by you and me, for a ”bus” tour around the Midwest' and, after an hour or so, gets driven back to the airport for ANOTHER FLIGHT, lands at another airport, where another $1.1 Million brand new black Canadian bus is waiting for Obama - and then, repeats all that until Obama's Midwest "bus" tour is done!! [These buses are Canadian-built, by the way, because Obama is SO CONCERNED about American manufacturing, creating American jobs and supporting American productivity.]
Oh yes... and THEN, Obama leaves on a 10 day vacation to Martha's Vineyard ...To REST UP from this grueling campaign “bus” tour!
And don't forget... those brand new shiny black Canadian buses AREN'T DRIVENto the location where they meet Obama. Oh, no…They are loaded up on one or more C-17s sothey can be flown to the destination ahead of Obama who is flying in Air Force One.AND!.. Believe it or not…this process is REPEATED FOR EVERY CAMPAIGN STOP.
During this “bus” tour, Obama will lecture the 'little people' on how they need to live within their means while hinting of possible future government cut-backs and a need to raise revenues (aka: taxes)!
Remember, too, Obama’s “sage advice” to a family man to 'GO BUY A HYBRID VAN'when the man said he couldn't afford to fill up his truck'!!!!!!
Obama's personal 'carbon footprint' must be as large as most cities by now.<image002.jpg>
Unbelievably, ALL of this is on the taxpayers’ dime!But remember, this is NOT a campaign trip - It is a "Meet With the People" trip only!Consequently, the Democrat National Committee does NOT have to pay a cent for all of this extravagant 'campaign' spending.
Please forward this on to all of your taxpaying and voting friends so that they, too, can seejust why the federal government needs more of our taxes for revenue!
