It's not if the judge threw the case out or not, the point of the linked posts was a "satellite".

i.e.:

And that is why Soetoro's attornies want the video of the hearing supressed immediately... like yesterday.

Otherwise they would want to use this as final judicial proof.... which they admittedly CAN NOT as a result of their argument.
