I would be surprised if Obama wins Arkansas in November, and you would be even more surprised!
It doesn't take a rocket scientist like yourself to figure that out.
Interesting in my county here in Arkansas (Madison, in the NW part of the state, e.g. "God's Country"):
Obama 67.61% to Wolfe 32.39% (633 votes)
Romney 66.39%, Paul 15.79%, Santorum 14.22%, Gingrich 3.59% (1336 votes)
voter turnout was 30-40% in our county.
We have very strong Democrats here in Madison County, but also strong Republicans (Tea Party types). Probably not unlike the rest of Arkansas. So the Dems will support Obama in the Fall, the Repubs will vote for Romney.
Voter turnout will be interesting though, it is a disgrace when less than 50% of registered voters don't vote.
