I'm sorry. I must have missed where Bush sent two planes into some civilian buildings in Afghanistan and Iraq after the Taliban failed to respond to Clinton's Afghanistan attack.

Here's the 'dumbed down' version:

The WAR wasn't started by Bush. It was started LONG BEFORE he was inaugurated, THE PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION FAILED TO TREAT IT AS A WAR.
