And if you're talking about Sudan, a while ago poster here put up a link claiming that a Sudanese had testified that he'd tried to give bin Laden to Clinton betwen 1996-1998. I looked at the 911 Commission report and that said that bin Laden had left Sudan in early 1996. While reading more of the report I saw that there was testimony that al Shifa was a real terror target after all. That's what got me started looking into this Wag The Dog Thing.
