Because they haven't covered the fact that, because of Bernancke's allowing the Bank Of America to change accounting rules by permitting FDIC deposits to offset the bank's mortgage risk the BofA is still in business. Their business, foreclosing on homeowners while lecturing them on fiscal responsibility.
