He said there should be news in the next couple of weeks regarding the AGM..he expected the AGM to occur in November, in Toronto.

Said we will likely be voting for the change at that AGM...also mentioned there will be a conference call associated.

Said the company is thinking of re-listing on another exchange as they are having difficulties with the TSX.

Said he would not give a date when they believe they will be trading again.

Said the new company will be investing in producing miners and that can produce immediate returns for shareholders, and shorter time frame ownership.

Said the company may liquidate current holding to acquire financial means to float other deals, but said they will not sell out unnecessarily.

Said the execs are highly motivated as they are major shareholders in the company and are confident that the deals they have in the pipeline will produce returns.
