Thank you for your inquiry. You can format paragraphs in your messages by clicking the "preview button" before submitting your message. This will allow you to better space out paragraphs when copying and pasting text.

If you are inserting a hyperlink, kindly note that when a full hyperlink is submitted it will be truncated (shortened in length) to prevent long links from breaking the pages style sheet. Hyperlinks that are pasted into a message using Internet Explorer will appear fine, however the same does not apply when using FireFox. If you wish to share a link with others in a message and you are using Firefox please follow the steps below:

1. Go to http://www.fckeditor.net/demo in Firefox.
2. Open Word or OpenOffice and create a hyperlink pointing to "http://www.fckeditor.net/demo" (or anything else on the http://www.fckeditor.net site).
3. Copy this hyperlink and paste it into the editor.
4. Now, click the source button. The url will have changed to "../../../../demo".
