The insiders ALWAYS are forewarned about events which will change a company's value BEFORE the regular investors are informed. This is just another blatant example of insider information. Luckily for us, this time it's good news, not bad. Most times, I watch while my shares get quickly pummelled for 3 days, and THEN the bad news is released.
As to why, I can only conjecture. I stated last year(around August) that I thought we would get the go-ahead for our mine before October, 2010. I thought the word might come around April. Maybe I was right. Maybe not. In any event, we should find out soon, don't you think? And isn't it nice to be invested at the bottom, BEFORE they run up the price?
