Is John Kerney still part of the company? Does Canadian Zinc have to pay a large separation fee to John Kerney? With 48.6 % of the shares it looks like Resource Capital is now running the company so with such a low per/share cost it does not look like as shareholders we can count on much of a share appreciation here.
