That is the million dollar question. I just go down the list of issues that could possibly arise with the drillers.

They could be miffed about faulty equipment,

Living conditions and if one is a practical thinker, one would realize that these drillers have families too. Perhaps they've been working around the clock for some time now as you could imagine, and now they want to go home for Christmas, have a bath, see if the wife looks any better than before..:)..they always do. Buy some presents or go on a toot.

Perhaps it had something to do with a bonus of some kind and knowing Richard, the serious talk will benefit the drillers. 

It could be union or any number of things that would cause " a serious talk".  Nemis will straighten things out. ...hope this helps. If it doesn't fear not. I will be at head office on the 14th with my nose sniffing the winds.
