There certainly seem to be buyers motivated by the lower price to accumulate. I'm kind of surprised we don't see much indication of institutional buyers topping up here.

It really is early days yet for Noront with so much property and every indication that DE will extend much further than already found. It's pretty obvious that there will be multiple deposits in this area. As soon as one or two other deposits are found the whole area will explode once again. 

Nice to take profits and pay taxes in 2008 instead of this year.
