I cannot agree. The general withholding/ delay of material information, except to proof it , subjects the company to considerable liability. There may of course be extenuating circumstances, but that would be unusual, and puts the onus on management to have a valid reason in the shareholders interests. Having said that, I extremely doubt this exceptional management would get into that position.
