I've heard in the past that it is better to borrow money when you don't need it rather than when crunch time comes to pay bills. This just might be the case now. Richard and team have a good idea what lies ahead and the money that is going to be needed along the way. I would exspect this PP alows them to go full steam ahead and prove up whatever is going to be needed to make NOT mineable and ultimately maximise SP in the event of a buyout (which I believe will happen). Time is of essence and I think a lot of eyes are following the ball, this helps Richard go from "A" to "B" and so on at a much quicker pace.

I don't like the dillution but that's the price of poker!!!
