IMHO Richard holds the reins and he plays his cards as he sees them. No one will control this company except him. In the end he will give up control, but only for the right price....This man has been in the business...watched Friedman get filthy rich off of Diamond Fields while he looked from the adjacent property. This man is not going to give control to anyone.

Anyone else have the same opinon or others. To me there is no question.
