I think Voisey Bay was an eye-opener to many. As discoveries were made there became an increasingly jealous guard of the camp's progress. A pilot and two casually dressed men stepped out of the helicopter and identified themselves as a freelance geophysicists from Ontario, but refused to name their client.. The Mountie seized their birds and lauched a police investigation when the trespassers agreed to hand thier survey of the ovoid over to Diamond Fields. The incident only served to heighten a bad case of paranoia that had infected the camp.
