This morning on the business news they said that jobs are up, interest rates will go even lower, BUT NO RECCESSION for Canada. They were saying that due to the Bank of Canada’s aggressive action with regards to the mortgage crisis it has prevented a full recession.

While manufacturing and export are suffering, oil and commodities will keep Canada safe from a recession. Windsor seems to have been the hardest hit by the slowdown in manufacturing.
