The statement I have the most difficulty with is:

"What a corner Nemis has himself and his shareholders backed into currently. No assays for months at a time and then the report of irregularities on the ones they are getting. Sounds like a company in trouble for the most part. The stat's aren't lining up with the hype."

Nemis has not backed himself into a corner! They caught the quality control issues from the lab - which should have caught these issues before they got to Noront. Noront was responsible, and ensured that assays were properly done before they released them.

Nothing has changed for Noront; the drills are still turning and the geological work is progressing (though I do imagine it is slowed down somewhat by the slowness of the assays.) They are still hitting anomalies, and the assays they do have are stupendous! What hype is he referring to?
