Message: Re: Windfall ramp budget - Poly

This ramp and access has gone over budget and I personally wouldn't be surprized at total cost to date of $8 to $10 million.

Poly,

how do you know what the budget for the ramp was or is ?

Can you point me to something in writing from Noront (i.e. press release).

My last information for a ramp budget is from the latest MD&A (2008 03 31):

"Costs for that portion of the ramp on the Murgor/Freewest option will be applied against the work commitment on the optioned property.

The ramp will commence on the Murgor/Freewest option ground and drive southward onto Noront’s ground to a vertical depth of at least 100 meters .

Total cost of the ramp could exceed $8.0 million depending on the extent of work required to complete the necessary geological assessment of the gold zones."

They assume that the costs could be higher and we really don´t know how much they have spent so far, do we ?

So how can we possibly have gone OVER BUDGET as you stated ?

Looking forward to your answer.
