Australian gvmt okd a 14.99% share of Cinalco in Rio Tinto but Cinalco is not allowed to increase its share over 14.99% without approval of the Australian gvmt.Cinalco is also not allowed to have their own board member on Rio Tintos board.Chinese Cinalco entered in Rio Tinto after the hostile Bhp-Billiton take over bid of us dollar 150 billion on Rio Tinto which is still pending.
