I looked at the slide show and yes it does say the contained metal value (high Carbon 65% Ferrochrome) in a tonne of 40% Cr203 is $1890. But we would have to build a smelter to get this. From your numbers it definitly looks like it would be worth it for NOT to build a smelter.
