I do think your points are correct however I think the In situ method is a more suitable and easier method to determine value of an exploration (speculative) company then any other means especially at this stage. It is quick and simple. If or when NOT becomes a mining company i think these other means (cash flow, Assets, capital costs, commodity prices , roadblocks to mine feasibility etc etc. ) to determine valuation would be more appropriate.
