I'm pretty sure the retail investors at Noront will be voting "very strongly" aka. "en masse" for Richard and his existing team. We're talking a balance of experience and cool heads. There is no history to indicate Richard plays with his company portfolio to his own advantage (or his boards) especially at the expense of his shareholders. That said, the proxy vote works best if everyone sends it in and everyone is fully aware of the facts.
So on that note " GO GET EM NOTIE GIRL" ..... lets keep Noront in the hands of those who started the whole story. .... lets let them see the story through....no matter what the outcome.....
All the best to NOT and AU holders...... I'm in a class action suit with Xethenol right now as we speak. Any settlement will likely come up 90% short of what I lost...but its some kind of restitution to see the board get burnt in the end.
