Good morning to you all. Just wanted to let you know that I personally spoke with Richard Nemis moments ago and he has approved AGORACOM's communications and response strategy for the next 2 1/2 weeks.
Richard acknowledges the company has been quieter than usual over the past few months but this has been a function of searching for additional qualified people, hiring them, bringing them up to speed and getting everybody moving in the same direction.
I know what the process can be like because AGORACOM has gone through some explosive growth of our own since the launch of "Investor Controlled Discussion Forums" on October 5, 2007, thereby requiring us to go through the same process.
The hardest part isn't finding qualified people, it is finding the right qualified people. People that share your work ethic, fit within your corporate culture, understad your vision, aren't in it for a quick buck and are just as hungry as you are.
Every rapidly developing company goes through this stage. There is no other way around it - but it's a good problem to have and sets the stage for continued growth once everything is in place.
To this end, we look forward to deploying our strategy, engaging in great online interaction with all of you and setting a course for a great future.
Regards,
George
