These guys do these kind of things because they know others will try to give them the proverbial SHAFT.

And thus, I wonder how rosseau A$$ Management could lay claim to any shares not directly held. These other Big NOT Investors know all too well they can't trust this type of operator. And they cannot have a formal Signed Agreement with these characters without kicking in to effect the SHAREHOLDER RIGHTS PLAN!

They cannot even be seen to be acting in consert with A$$ Management, as that constitutes being an associate, affiliate, or Arbitrage thing.

So, they also will not be able to vote for rosseau now and later participate in any PP scheme A$$ Management may have to do, if getting control.

And with that, WHAT ARE THESE OTHER BIG NOT INVESTORS TO DO???
