I think the concern is the next big guy in will be the killer if a vote comes for something again. Anyone can buy a million shares, but its harder to buy at a set price on the open market. The price will keep increasing as you buy. You need sellers who want to sell at 1.00. With a private placement 5,000,000 or whatever number of shares are offered and its a flat rate price to buy. Its an advantage for the biggeer companies to buy in and add to the control problems we have already seen. That is why IMHO we need to have a part of any PP as well.
