Good post. It is far too easy to pin this on GW, but it is the popular thing to do. There is enough blame to go around for sure. The roots go back to Clinton and Greenspan for sure. The intention may have been to help people own homes, but it got out of hand when it became too easy and greed set in. I agree that we have to earn our way. Hopefully, we get out of this mess and learn something in the process. As for bad markets Monday, we'll be watching.
