I phoned Joan at NOT IF this morning but I was told she is out of the office. Now that the PP is over I hope she will be more open to discussions on Windfall and other projects. I hope the reason she is out of the office is has something to do with news release today or tomorrow. If she has anything to say I will post it after she returns my call.
