Agreed, D12, I think the downside is very minimal and yes like a poker game the BOD quite possibly is showing no sign of their next play for a reason. Hopefully that reason proves to be for our benefit down the road. Right now with economy in the doldrums and XMAS upon us there probably is no urgency for news anyway. That is not to say we won't hear something just the same.

It would be nice to see some housekeeping taken care of, a new CEO and take the guessing out. I'm not sure what this accomplishes other than getting the new year off and running with management in place.

We have to be thankful that there is cash in the bank and as far as I know the drills are turning. It is hard to get a positive outlook these days but all kidding aside Not was a screaming BUY at 3x today's SP not too many weeks ago and when we turn the corner it will be again.
