Some may view this as a plus, but I donno. They appear to be getting an option to purchase a 15% stake in KWG for 150k. Seems pretty cheap. Maybe I'm reading it wrong?

If they decide to exercise this option, then they will invest 3.5 mill in the company, but for now they have tied it up for 5 years by spending a piddling 150k. I sure wouldn't look forward to them tieing up too much of the ROF at these prices.
