Unless Insiders were doing a good portion of the KWG buying over the past 6-10 weeks to keep up their proportion of the Share Structure, Cliff will be in their Driver Seat once this Porposal is Finalized. And given the KWG cash position and Cash needs, I see no reason the Proposal will not be completes as stated.

PS: Control of all the parts, big or small will make a big difference to each and all possible outcomes for the whole Mining Camp.

Thus with any more sound rumors short of actual deals will keep pressure on any and ALL "Want to Be's" around here for some time to come. And with the anticipated Run Up in the SP's over the next 3-8 weeks and the Winter Drill Programs will into being completed in March, the need to do deals prior to new Field Results coming out will be increased pressure to move while the timing is still there to get in low.
