Incobrat, thank-you so much for the great words. This NOT HUB and all of AGORACOM was built as a true partnership between us (creating a platform) and an army of unbelievable members (contributing unbelievable content). As such, we share your kudos with all members.

I am most proud of the fact that 75% of our upgrades come as a result of member input. Unlike any other site, members take the time to put forth great ideas and we actually take the time to evaluate and implement them. Sounds like a simple formula but 99% of finance sites have a "corporate" mentality that leads them to ignore members - go figure!

The best part is that we haven't even gotten started yet. First, with every passing day, we only get stronger with:

• The influx of more and more great members
• The influx of great suggestions from current members who gain more confidence everydayi
  

Second, we're constantly (I mean 2-3 hours per day) reviewing and evaluating the latest and greatest Web 2.0 technologies. When we believe something would be both helpful and easy to use, we build it (look for some great mobile news in the next couple of months - think beyond simple apps - though you will see those too.)

AGORACOM has truly empowered individual investors. Other sites have used this as a tag line in the past - but they've never gone farther than using it as a slogan. At AGORACOM, it is a way of life. Though our great clients pay our bills, we all realize that investors are the highest priority. Otherwise, we'd join the ranks of other sites as nothing more than a pretty but empty shell of a site.

Rather, what we have is a community full of life, confidence, passion, cooperation and intelligence. Sure, you're always going to have the occasional flare up - but that's simply because we're all human. There is no perfect system - but I will bet everything I have that AGORACOM and its members have created the closest thing to perfection that any finance community could ever have.

Thank-you. Thank all of you for making me feel so proud of what we've built together. It's literally a dream come true. I'll get into more detail some day (perhaps I'll have QQ or Snug or a group of you interview me one day soon) but suffice it to say I walked away from 2... 2 "set for life" opportunities to start AGORACOM out of my home.

People thought I was nuts - but I knew this was what I was built to do and had to pursue it. It wasn't easy. It tested my limits to the outer edge - but never broke me because I simply believed. I still remember the many moments alone and dreaming about the day it would no longer be so.

That day is now here. For that I give all of you my eternal thanks, gratitude and respect. More importantly, I give you a General full of the kind of confidence and leadership that only comes with having a million person army behind him.

Onwards and upwards. We're just getting started. I see what is coming in the next 3-5 years and it is going to change the game forever. You will have more power and influence than any corporate tower. Count on it.
